Welcome to Whole Body Therapy
This is a home-based practice offering advanced, whole-body Osteopathic Manual Therapy and Massage Therapy. Grounded in broad clinical experience, the clinic provides individualized, hands-on care tailored to support your overall health, mobility, and resilience.
Sessions are appropriate for individuals seeking support with pain, recovery, physical function, or overall body alignment and balance.
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. To help ensure availability, please arrive as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible.
New clients will receive intake forms by email prior to their first visit. Please complete them in advance to allow for a more focused treatment session.

Accessibility
The clinic is located in a private residence and access involves a few stairs. Unfortunately, this space is not fully accessible for individuals with significant mobility challenges or those using mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers.
If you’re unsure whether the space will meet your needs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch before booking. Every effort will be made to accommodate where possible.
Rate Update Effective May 1, 2025:
Beginning May 1, 2025, all services will follow a unified rate structure. This adjustment reflects the consistent level of clinical expertise and personalized care provided across all treatments.
Rates for Osteopathic Manual Therapy have remained unchanged since 2021 and continue to be competitive with those of experienced practitioners offering comprehensive care. This update supports a sustainable model that prioritizes thoughtful, effective treatment.
Updated rates (HST included):
Initial 60-minute session – $145
Follow-up sessions:
60 minutes – $145
45 minutes – $120
30 minutes – $90
To help maintain timely access to care, shorter session lengths are encouraged when clinically appropriate.
Insurance Receipts Provided
Receipts are provided for all treatments and include the necessary details for insurance reimbursement. While direct billing is not available, most extended health benefit plans will accept claims for services provided.
The practitioner is registered with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO), the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (COKO).
